With over 250 PHRF-NE certificates processed, it is apparent we are all looking forward to spring sailboat racing. Our $5 discount is over at the end of this month, so be sure to take advantage! This discount will be applied automatically for payments made through our website phrfne.org. Payment information for each fleet is available here.

Expect to see a short survey out soon and stay tuned for information on a Rules Seminar with two National Judges on Zoom tentatively on April 1st.
