Dear PHRF Racers,

The PHRF-NE Executive Committee would like to remind you there is a $5 discount for applications submitted prior to April 1st. This discount will be applied automatically for payments made through our website. Payment information for each fleet is available here. Be sure to head to phrfne.org to renew or start a new application. Short handed certificates are also available for 2021 for those planning on participating in single or double handed races. Rear Commodore, Robert Bova, an avid short handed sailor and race organizer, has helped spearhead this initiative. Thank you to our executive committee:
